Walkman WS-Series coming soon?

Sony Walkman NWZ-WS610, NWZ-WS613, NWZ-WS615
Sony will be introducing an improved wearable Walkman in the near future.  The WS-Series will feature NFC and Bluetooth which will permit its use as a wireless headset.  In addition, the capacity has been bumped up substantially.  While the current W270 tops out at 8GB, the new WS-Series will come in 4 and 16GB capacities, NWZ-WS613 (4GB), NWZ-WS615 (16GB).  I am assuming the device will be water resistant like the current W-Series but have no confirmation on this.  The confidentiality of the FCC documents ends in early September, so I would expect an IFA 2014 debut.  As with most years, Sony seems to bring a new crop of Walkmans to IFA, so hopefully something new will debut apart from the WS-Series.

If anyone has anymore information or actual photos of the device, please contact me using the form at the bottom of the blog, or the email address provided below.
