Sony WH-1000XM3 available from early to mid September on Amazon

For anyone interested in per-ordering the new WH-1000XM3, the headphones have appeared on Amazon, with a availability date of September 8th for Germany, 17th for UK, and the 6th for the US.  Pricing is as follow, 379 Euros, 330 Pounds or $349.99 USD.

So will anyone be grabbing the new WH-1000XM3?  They do seems like a nice improvement over last year's model but I would have to test it out in store to see if I would grab or recommend them.
