Sony Amazon Prime Day 2025 Deals

We are half way through the year and that means it is Prime Day on Amazon, and it is for 4 entire days. Whether you are a fan of Amazon or not, they do offer some pretty deep discounts. Plus their return policy is very good, as is the warranty. Any purchases made through the links do earn the blog some commission which goes back into domain and cookie hosting, plus buying any future reviews units. So if you have been undecided on a new model, perhaps some discounts will convince you otherwise. 

WH-1000XM6

Not many discounts as expected, any major drop in price will be closer to the start of school year and obviously Black Friday is when the biggest discount will take place. So if you can wait, I would wait.

If the mk6 is out of your price range, then check out the WH-1000XM5, still a solid headset, minus the hinge issues. My pair have had no issues, but I probably do not use them as much as most people, plus with the current issues, I am even more careful now.

WF-10000XM5

It will be a good 3-5 months before we see the WF-1000XM6, so if you still want to grab a WF-1000XM5, now is a good time. These are the lowest price on Amazon, but if you can find it cheaper elsewhere, buy it there. I would avoid Alixpress or marketplace sellers in case they are fakes.

ULT Wear

A solid sounding and performing headset from what owners have posted on reddit, just a shame it also has hinge issues. But there is a service program for affected models and hopefully newer models are not affected.

LinkBuds Fit

Personally I am not a fan of this model, but these seem like a good choice for working out in as they stay in place much better than the WF-1000XM5. Plus they offer more colour options.

I am considering ordering this to add to my collection of Sony earbuds. I do not really need it, but I am really curious how these compare to the previous model.

WH-CH720N

While there is no direct evidence a replacement is coming, I am sure Sony is working on one, but for the time being the WH-CH720N is a solid mid level headset with NC and great sound.

WH-CH520

Decent entry level wireless model from Sony. It should get a successor sometime in the next 6-12 months. But at these prices, one could even get it as a second at home headset or backup. Note, these are purely wireless, no 3.5mm port.

INZONE Buds

I suspect a new model is coming later this year, but if you need a good set of gaming earbuds, the INZONE buds are a nice choice. Unfortunately the Sony Playstation PULSE Earbuds are not discounted.

NW-A306 Walkman

None of the Walkmans ever go on sale, not sure why that is. I suspect Sony does not earn much on them.
