Upcoming New INZONE Products? (Update 3)
I wrote about the a wireless gaming keyboard on Twitter around 2 months ago, but that listing has since disappeared. But we do have a new gaming listing, a wireless gaming mouse and dongle. I suspect the keyboard will still be released but puzzling why the listing was removed.
We have YY2991, which is the wireless gaming mouse and the USB dongle is YY2994. Interestingly enough, it says Wireless LAN, so not Bluetooth based.
The wireless gaming keyboard is YY2992. Here is the listing, now no long available. I would guess we should see both announced in the summer or a bit later.
Update 3 - April 29
The dongle for the mouse has been certified in Canada.
Update 2 - April 17
Both the wireless mouse and dongle have been certified by the FCC. The Short term confidentiality date is October 14th 2025 for both, so perhaps we are looking at a release date maybe in the summer or end of the summer?
The internal battery is 3.85V but no capacity is provided in the FCC documents. Primark is mentioned in the Antenna document, so they might be the manufacturer of it, or even the entire mouse. We do have the wireless chip info from one of the document's filename.
This is the Nordic Semiconductor nRF52810. Charging is through a USB type-C port. Most likely the colours options will be black and white like the rest of the INZONE lineup.
Update 1 - April 16
The mouse and its dongle have been certified on TDRA.
I would love to be able to buy Sony
ReplyDeleteInzone keyboard and mouse for my PC as I unfortunately have no use for a headset or current monitors so I hope this will be available before the end of the year
I'm definitely getting a Sony keyboard and mouse :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the update so who will get the mouse this year I will buy it if it is available in Europe. I sincerely hope that there will also be a keyboard as if it was announced by you recently it would be quite logical but the keyboard is always more complicated with the different keyboards in the world (order of the keys)
