Sony WI-C100 Firmware Update to Version 1.0.8

I did not cover previous fimrware updates for the WI-C100, but this update does address the Bluetooth security issue affecting Airoha chipsets, so rather important. The WI-C100 uses an Airoha AB1561M SoC for those curious.

• Improves an issue where ringtones may not be audible when connected to an iPhone
  Note: If you have encountered this issue, it can be resolved by either initializing the headset or using them to make a call after the update.
