Sony LinkBuds Clip Firmware Update Version 2.0.1

A new firmware update has been released for the new LinkBuds Clip, version 2.0.1.

Benefits and Improvements

• Adds support for the following features:
• Auto Switch
• Background Music Effect
• Adaptive Volume Control

Adding new features to a new set of earbuds is great, but what would be better is if Sony ported over some of the new WF-1000XM6 features, like the ability to customize the options for taps in the Sound Connect App on other models, like WF-1000XM5, Linkbuds Fit, etc.

I understand some things cannot and will not be ported over, but the ability to customize the earbud controls via the app should be a basic and fundamental ability. Other competitors have this options, so why not Sony? Puzzling.
