AZLA SednaEarfit foamax Earbud Tips

This is not a sponsored post. I have been looking for a proper pair of earbud tips to buy in case my XBA tips become damaged. I saw this post on Reddit which mentioned some new tips which I have not heard of before. Naturally I went to read up on them, and they seem like a close match to my XBA tips.

The included tips with the WF-1000XM4 and WF-1000XM5 are fine, I have tested both, but I have 2 issues with the tips. First getting them into the ear canal can be tricky in my case, and second, keeping the tips clean is a challenge, since you should not get the tips wet according to Sony. From photos online, the XM4 and XM5 tips do tend to deteriorate rather quickly. Sony should have included 2 pairs of each size in the box.

With my XBA tips, I do not have any cleaning problems, as the outer covering is silicone and easily wiped clean with a damp cloth. But my XBA tops lack any inner mesh, and this could be a problem with the WF-1000XM5 (if I buy a pair). This is where the AZLA tips enter.

The SednaEarfit foamax use a high density foam on the inside, and have their outer surface covered with a coating which repels any sweat and oil. The tips also include a mesh which is something vital for the WF-1000XM5. AZLA claims you are able to clean the earbuds in water with no problems, at least according to this video review.

The tips are made in South Korea by AZLA. They are offered in 5 differences sizes, S, MS, M, ML, and L. Below is a chart comparing the SednaEarfit foamax's sizing to Sony's sizing.

With this chart, it is easy to figure out what size of AZLA tips you would need to match the Sony tips, if you use them. The tips are not cheap but then cheap tips rarely are any good. You can order directly from their website, either individual sizes or combo sets, either S/MS/M or M/ML/L. The sets do seem like better deals.
